AI-supported mental wellness platform that complements licensed care.

Support between sessions.

Built for the space therapy doesn't reach.

MindWell Collective is a speculative AI-supported wellness companion designed to help you stay connected to your therapeutic work — every day, not just on appointment days.

A warm group therapy session — people seated in a circle, talking and journaling in a calm, plant-filled room
"A major gap exists between sessions."

Most mental health tools either feel too generic or too ambitious in how they position AI. People are trying to process emotions, apply coping tools, and continue the work of healing in everyday life — without the support to do it well.

MindWell Collective imagines a product that extends support beyond the therapy room while respecting boundaries, safety, and consent.

The feature set

What the platform does

Daily Check-Ins

Gentle emotional check-ins that help you track how you're feeling and notice patterns over time.

Guided Sessions

Evidence-based exercises inspired by CBT, DBT, ACT, and mindfulness — structured support when you need it.

Private Journaling

A safe, private space for reflection. Your words stay yours.

Personalized Pathways

Support that adapts to your emotional state and therapeutic goals, not a one-size-fits-all flow.

Provider Summaries

Consent-based summaries designed to support continuity of care — not surveillance.

Tiered Access

Free and premium options for individuals, plus provider and organization-level offerings.

Who it's for

Designed for three distinct audiences

01

Individuals

People looking for mental wellness support between therapy sessions, during difficult emotional periods, or while building stronger habits around self-awareness and coping.

02

Providers

Therapists, counselors, and care teams who want a clearer picture of between-session engagement and progress, with patient consent.

03

Organizations

Schools, employers, and wellness programs interested in scalable mental wellness support that complements existing resources.

Safety & Ethics

Safety is a design principle, not a disclaimer.

MindWell Collective does not position itself as a replacement for psychiatrists, psychologists, or emergency services. The concept includes clear AI disclosure, privacy and consent framing, crisis escalation logic, and explicit boundaries around diagnosis, medication, and emergencies.

This is a concept.

Here's what I learned building it.

This project reinforced how much stronger a concept becomes when its boundaries are clearly defined. In emotionally sensitive spaces, trust is not just a messaging decision — it is a product decision.

MindWell Collective

A speculative platform. A real design problem.

This is a portfolio concept project — not a live product or medical service. MindWell Collective© is a mental wellness support platform that helps people access guided emotional support, evidence-based coping tools, and personalized reflection between therapy appointments, while giving licensed providers a clearer picture of progress through consent-based summaries and structured check-ins.
